Hi Steven,

There are limitations with scripting tools so the plots can’t be hidden, but you can set the colour as per this KB article:

In your example if would be something like

Plot1 = V2;
Plot1.Colour=Orchid;

Plot2 = V4;
Plot2.Colour=RoyalBlue;

Plot3=Shade(V2, V4, DOWNCOLOUR=Orchid, UPCOLOUR=Royalblue, SHADEALPHA=6)
