Microsoft has been working on the emulator that will allow you to run 64-bit Apps on ARM Windows 10. Here is an article about it – Microsoft Emulator to Run x85 64-bit Windows Apps on ARM Devices Also there is a You Tube clip where they install Parallels on new M1 Mac, and he’s able to run x86 apps, not all were working, but the ones that did, performance was good. That’s a good sign that Optuma might be able to run on ARM Windows 10 once compatibility improves, whether that be a PC or new M1 MAC?
Would be great to hear your feedback if you have success on either device.
You are talking about a big project who needs multi developpers working for months even years to start with. And the performance might not be garanteed since no one knows how many bugs or situation might have to dealing with…
Why waste years in waiting while you can build yourself a computer with better hardwares..
