Optuma keeps crashing on load

Hi, I’m trying to run Optuma and am consistently getting the following error:

This has happened on odd occasions recently but the software has successfully loaded on the 2nd or 3rd attempt. Not today though. I must have tried 20 times now.

I have reinstalled the software using a fresh download from my account.

Any ideas, please?

Hi Darren, I’m encountering the same issue with Optuma where the application crashes or fails to load properly when I run multiple scan results. This problem has occurred occasionally in the past but has become more frequent and persistent recently.

Darren, I would like those instructions too as i am having a similar problem intermittently but seems to be getting worse

A full restart of my PC has, for now, fixed the issue.

Darren was after logs from using DbgView, however nothing gets captured before the error message comes up.
