This has happened on odd occasions recently but the software has successfully loaded on the 2nd or 3rd attempt. Not today though. I must have tried 20 times now.
I have reinstalled the software using a fresh download from my account.
Hi Darren, I’m encountering the same issue with Optuma where the application crashes or fails to load properly when I run multiple scan results. This problem has occurred occasionally in the past but has become more frequent and persistent recently.
