It would be useful to be able to change the time on the live data feeds to Australian time, instead of the current time which is 7 hours behind Australian time.

Which feed are you using and what codes? Normally we would stick to the exchange time when we have that available. This is something I have done a lot of work on recently for IQFeed but I’d need more information to know if that can be applied to what you are seeing.
