Love the blog as there is usually a nugget or two I come away with for an idea to explore. That said, is there a trick to import the workbooks that Darren posted in his post about Sectors. I downloaded and opened the S&P 500 file but there were no securities within the workbook. I dragged and dropped from the constituents from Bloomberg but I thought it would automatically import and convert. Did I miss a step somewhere?
Thanks Duke - yes the workbooks will look to use our end of day database, which you do not have access to.
As such you would need to change the List to Use property and select the relevant Bloomberg index sector Symbol List:
