Does Optuma have the Brazilian Equities Sectors? If not, how can I create a index by sector? Can I import the constituents data of each sector?

We do not have data for Brazilian sectors at this time (unless Optuma is connected to a Bloomberg datafeed).
However, if you can get the data for the indexes in a .csv format (eg Basic Materials IMAT) then it can be imported in to Optuma and used in price charts, RRGs, and testing (instructions here).
It is possible to build your own equal-weighted index in Optuma, as described here.
