i watched Darren’s video on creating custom symbols but was wondering if we could create market-cap weighted indexes through the market breadth or custom codes?

Hi Josh,

I’m afraid not, because the market caps - and therefore weightings - change every day, and we don’t have a way of including that data. The best we can do is the equal-weighted index:
