    Hi, team,

    below is optuma chart and trading view chart, i don’t know why the data missing, i already try download history and the exchange data.

    It doesn’t work, please help to solve. 49114911_2022-12-31_16-48-49

    The second is when i create the scan, (all time high of us stock), another script is close above 30 and asset class is stock.
    It show wrong scan result.
    I can sure race and rcl should not show on the list.
    I don’t know why it happen, please help, thanks.

    Hi Donald,

    I can confirm that we have complete data for 4911.JP on our servers, so if you chart is still showing a gap please click Download History under Actions again, and let us know how it goes.

    For the scan there is no need to specify the timeframe in the formula as Data Timeframe in the scan setup is set to 1 Day. Try running the scan again using this formula:

    If the results are still incorrect, please contact support and attach the .osn scan file from Documents/Optuma/Local/Searches/Scans
