Gartley Pattern feature request

Hi,

I would like to request a Gartley Pattern drawing tool to be added to Optuma, there is more information about how this pattern is formulated here https://www.investopedia.com/terms/g/gartley.asp

Another software program I used for some time has this and its very useful for drawing harmonic patterns.
