What is the best way to view the gold to silver ratio using Optuma?

Any tips and tricks :)?

Hi Jonathan,

You can produce a division spread between GCSpot (Gold) and SISpot (Silver) if you have the US Commodities exchange enabled.

Hi Jonathan,

Another option is to create your own ticker symbol using the custom code builder under Data > Custom Codes with the formula to create the chart. In this example I’ve created a new code called GLDSLV which uses the US ETFs GLD and SLV in this formula:

GLD:AMEX / SLV:AMEX

The advantage of creating a new custom code rather than a spread chart means you can include them in a watchlist and add columns, include them in scans, etc:
