Id like to create a script that i can use in the scanner to list stocks that are making new 10 day highs – but only to show them where the previous bar was NOT a 10 day high
So in essence we are looking for the FIRST bar in which price make a new 10 day high
Hi Zac,
Try this:
1 2 3 4 5 |
Sig1=HIGH()>HIGHESTHIGH(BARS=10); //Signal is true, previous day was false; Sig1==1 and Sig1[1]==0 |
In the example the blue arrows show the first new 10 day highs, compared to the green arrows which show all of them.
