How to change downward trendline degree to half

Hi

I’d Like to change the degree value of a downward sloping trendline to half of the degree value from the same origin. The trendline tool gives a high value say 295 instead of say 35 degree. Is there a trick to change the value. If I half the value the trendline shoots off through the top of the chart.
Or is there another tool.

Thank
Craig

Hi Craig,

Due East (or 3 o’clock) is 0° / 360° so to find half the angle add 360 and divide by 2, so (295+360)/2 = 327.5.

Another tool we have is the Geometric Line which allows you to rotate the line by 90°, make a square, or to flip along the price or time axis:

Thanks Darren, Works a treat, Using it for Jenkins secret angle method.
