I could just have overlooked a setting, but can’t see a way to click and drag horizontally the Cycle Zone Tool once applied. The next best option is to copy the tool from the Actions, but that is not entirely satisfactory.
If there was a way to drag it left and right that would be ideal. (Seem to remeber that was possible in MA2?)

You can move the cycle zone tools horizontally by clicking and dragging on the top left mouse point of the tool:
