Price Break Charts

Hello Folks,

Is is possible to do Price Break Charts in Optuma?  I have not been able to find a way to do this, searching through the knowledge base and the forum.  If not out of the box, is it possible to script this?

Thanks Raaj – that’s not a chart type I’m familiar with, but if you can provide a formula than it may be possible to create it in Optuma using a script.

Hi Raaj,

In our Candlestick Pattern Overlay tool we have bearish and bullish 3 line breaks, which can be highlighed on a chart:

This formula can be used in a scan / watchlist column:

CANDLESTICKPATTERN(SCANTYPE=[Bullish 3-Line Break])

CANDLESTICKPATTERN(SCANTYPE=[Bullish 3-Line Break])

Does that do what you need?
