Is it possible to print a watch list than is longer than one page? When i print or publish a longer watch list, it only prints what fits on the first page.

Hi Jamie,
Right-click on the printer icon and select Active Chart, and then select Print Chart from the watchlist Actions (you may also want to change the Page Orientation in the settings to Portrait). See here for more info:
