Sector Classification

Hi,

Is it possible to create a column with the GICS sector classification in the S&P 500 list, for example, as it is possible with the new WEIGHT() function in v2.1 to create a column with the weights of the members?

If this is currently not possible, I would like to recommend such a feature/function in a future update.

Hi Thomas,

We don’t have the GICS classifications due to the license cost, but we do have alternative sector and industry classifications in our Fundamental data. Here’s the iShares S&P100 ETF $OEF grouped by sector:
