i bought a new computer on black friday, try to install Optuma software
but it keeps pop up err message " setup can not create the following folder:
C:/users/boyjo/onedrive.??/optuma/Temp/Sounds
how do i fix the problem

Hi,
That error message usually means the installer can’t access some of the folders it needs to store files. Try right clicking on the setup file and selecting Run as Administrator from the menu.
If that does not resolve the issue please contact [email protected] and ask for a zip version of the installer.
