zero price fan issues

Hello,

I am getting my FX feed through OANDA and having issues with getting the Gann Zero Price Fan to work on the hourly, consistently. I can load EUR/GBP, for instance, and get custom angles between 14x1 and 8x1 once… then when I try to open a new page and load it again, nothing. As for as I can tell, all of the chart properties are the same. Also, it does not load the same number of “bars on screen” each time.

Thanks Jeff. It’s probably an issue with the Price Unit that is used by Gann tools, so please create a ticket here, and attach the workbook file (located in your Documents/Optuma/Local/Workbooks folder) and we’ll take a look.
