When I add the “Text Box” tool, I have the “Show Background”, “Background Colour”, Backgraound Transparency", “Show Border”, and “Border Line Style” properties, among others.
Unfortunately, the “Chart Element” tool only has the “Show Background”, “Border Colour”, and “Border Transparency” properties to edit the background and border style of the tool.
Therefore, I would like to recommend that the “Chart Element” tool has ALL the properties that are available in the “Text Box” tool to edit the background and border style of the tool (see above).
