creating a new workbook

HI
Can someone help please? Am I right in thinking that the only way to start a new workbook is to open a chart from the home screen?
It seems once I have opened (and closed) existing workbooks every new chart automatically dumps into the last workbook I opened. I can’t believe I need to close Optuma again to get to the home page!
I have looked thru instruction videos etc and cannot find any other way of creating a new workbook. If I have missed another method can someone point me to the relevant instruction please?

Hi Christopher,

You close a workbook by selecting File > Close Workbook from the menu icons/drop-down list. If the workbook has not been save, you’ll be asked if you wish to save it. Once you select Save (or Discard) the worknbook will close.

To create a new workbook select New, then slect the type of workbook you wish to create from the drop-down list.
