Custom breadth using not updating -

cheers!

I am having trouble getting the software to update custom breadth. As an example, I’ve added a handful of ETF including “GGME” and “BITQ” to “etf lists” within the symbol list. From there, I created a plethora of custom breadth using that ETF, but only two symbols (VOO and VOOG) are updating past 28 August 2024. Currently there are ten that are not updating.

A few things:

** EOD is set to optuma and is up to date
** I’ve removed the ETFs from the symbol list and re-added them.
** I went line by line in the custom breadth to de-select the ETF and re-add it back to the custom breadth
** If i were to pull a watchlist of the ETF, data is updating and corresponds with data from the sponsor’s website with regard to weighting, holdings, etc.

any suggestions?

Hi Josh,

It could be the Data Required % value in the Breadth engine is set too high due to new listings, so try changing it to something like 20%.

If you still have issues please contact support with examples of ETFs and the breadth you are calculating (note that we only have current membership and weights, so historical breadth will be based on today’s holdings only, not the holdings at the time).

Hi Darren,

I spot checked a few and this seems to be the issue. Thank you for the suggestion.
