Failure rate as per slide 13 says 20%, however in the material it says 5%

Hi there,
I’m really thankful for the support and the community. I have one doubt however, it seems like the slide says that the bullkowski defines a failure at 20%. However the material, and even thepatterns website says 5%. Am I missing something?
