Help - Scanning Manager

When I click on Execute Scan in the Scanning Manager nothing happens. I’ve performed this task hundreds of times before with no problems. I’ve checked all the parameters and nothing has changed. All the scans are still there. I’ve rebooted the computer.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

It’s ok. I found a work around. I deleted my Optuma program/files and loaded Optuma files from a backup. For some reason, it started working again. I don’t know what happened but at least it’s working.
