How can I change my Profile picture? I think participants are more than just a black blobs.
I'd prefer to look like this:

Simply create a new Gravatar account here https://gravatar.com/
Make sure you create the Gravatar account using the same email address as you have used to sign up on this forum (i.e. your main email address in your Optuma Account)
Then when you login to the forum it will recognise your email address and use the image configured at Gravatar.
