Hi, what time does optuma receive COT data updates? Is it Friday 6pm est with regular data updates or does it come in earlier like around 330pm est when its released?

Hi Jeff,
Currently we get the data 9pm Friday so last week’s data should be available. Note that the data is download-on-demand, so will only update when you open the charts with the COT tools.
However, I’ll ask our data admin if we can ping the CFTC servers earlier to get the updates.
