Recovery after "blue screen" Windows failure (? after update)

My computer expert has just recovered my PC after a so-called “blue screen failure” froze it (?Windows upgrade) Unfortunately, Optuma now does not work. It won’t log in and I get an error message "Optuma is unable to write to the following folders and cannot continue: C:\ProgramData\Optuma\Data"
When I check this location in Explorer the folder ProgramData does not show Optuma. However “Optuma” is located directly under the C:\ drive and all my layouts and workbooks are present there up until the crash. But there is no data folder there.
How do I get Optuma operating again, Please?

If you have a C:\Optuma folder then it sounds like it may have previously been installed using the zip file method, where all your data will have been stored.

In this C:\Optuma folder double-click on the Optuma.exe file to launch the software and log in. If you still have issues please contact [email protected].
