Hi,

If we want to choose to buy based on RRG quadrant should we buy based

Is it based on

  1. North east pointing arrow at lagging quadrant or at leading quadrant
  2. Is it based on where it is outperforming came from the right side at leading or weakening area
  3. BUY based on lagging? improving or leading area regardless of others
