"Script Manager" and the "Optuma Tool Programming (Beta)" Size & Location

Hi Guys,

I hope a simple request.

Please have the “Script Manager” and the “Optuma Tool Programming (Beta)” windows remember their size and location (including on 2nd, 3rd, etc monitors) when closed and reopened.
