greetings all! I have been able to add various timeframes in addition to the stand d/w/m, but am wondering if we can go deeper than 60 seconds?

We do not officially support Tick time frames anymore, because the few people that were using them found that the sheer volume of data coming down was enough to slow even the highest-spec system. If they did use the time frame it was with only a few days of history, which was trimmed each day (see Trim History).
However, they have not been removed from the program entirely. We do have the ability to add support for Tick charts on your account. If you would like access to tick charts, please reach out to the support department by emailing [email protected]
Please note that the use of these time frames are not supported by Optuma, and if you do run into issues (slow response, etc.) using tick charts we will be unable to provide assistance.
