I have a new laptop and have downloaded Optuma however my current workbooks have not transferred to new device, can you please assist in transferring over?
Hi Rod,
Optuma does not automtically transfer your workbooks between computers. Hopefully you still have access to your original laptop and can access your files. If not, perhaps you still have access to some of your files through the cloud.
